Ingredients:
- Dried arnica flowers
- Hot water
- Cloth
Instructions:
Steep arnica flowers in hot water for 10-15 minutes.
Soak cloth, wring out with caution.
Apply warm cloth to sore area.
Use immediately; discard after.
