DIY Arnica Compress

Perfect for muscle soreness, bruises & joint stiffness!

Ingredients:

  • Dried arnica flowers
  • Hot water
  • Cloth

Instructions:

Steep arnica flowers in hot water for 10-15 minutes.

Soak cloth, wring out with caution.

Apply warm cloth to sore area.

Use immediately; discard after.

Safety Notes:

External use only.

Do not apply to broken skin.

Avoid during pregnancy (unless guided by doctor).
