Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of boneless chicken tenders
  • 1 small bag of mixed vegetables (e.g., peas, carrots, broccoli)
  • 2 packs or 4 cups of cooked brown or jasmine rice
  • 2–3 large eggs
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Soy sauce to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a griddle to medium-high heat. Once heated, add the vegetables to one side and the chicken to the other.
  3. Cook the chicken and vegetables about halfway, then add the rice to an empty section of the griddle.
  4. Once everything is cooked, add the eggs and mix all ingredients together until the eggs are thoroughly cooked.
  5. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
