Ingredients
2 cups jasmine rice
1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak
1 1/4 cups beef broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp starch
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
2 1/2 cups broccoli florets
Directions
Start by preparing jasmine rice according to the package instructions.
While the rice cooks, slice the beef into thin strips.
In a mixing bowl, combine the beef broth, soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder, then mix thoroughly.
In a large skillet, sauté the beef strips over medium heat until browned.
Add the mixture and cook until it boils and thickens, stirring frequently.
